  Global Employee Experience & Office Manager

  • Lead employee experience end to end across the Israeli and US teams, treating it as one connected system that ties together brand, operations, culture, communication and the business itself.
  • Plan the full year of employee experience quarter by quarter, across the whole employee journey, from a person’s first day to their last.
  • Produce company events in-house, from the first idea to running them live, including the global Sales Kickoff in Punta Cana, our biggest event yet, bringing the US GTM team together and delivered without an outside production company on a lean budget.
  • Bring the company’s external brand inside, shaping how it shows up in the everyday employee experience, and lean on AI tools to do more with a small team.
  • Grew the role through a fast scale-up, from a $120M Series B to a ~$1B acquisition by Cyera, while supporting and mentoring the US team on global projects.
  • Own the full Israel office operation end to end: maintenance and cleaning teams, vendors, furniture, equipment and catering.

  Employee Experience Manager

  • Built the company’s Employee Experience function from scratch, creating the strategy, budget and processes behind it, then bringing it to life end to end.
  • Partnered closely with Marketing, reporting to the Head of Marketing for nearly a year, and led employer-branding and hiring campaigns on social alongside the company Instagram.
  • Ran the full events calendar and created employee-facing content, while supporting executives with calendars and travel.

  Event Producer

  • Produced brand and corporate events end to end at a production agency, from concept to the live moment, on budgets of up to $1.5 million.
  • Produced events for leading brands including Salesforce, Wiz, Palo Alto Networks, Orca Security, Claroty and MoonActive.
  • Ran on-site production teams of 15 to 20 and coordinated 100+ people on the day, across vendors, catering, décor and stage crews, negotiating with top vendors and talent.

  • Produced live national news, running logistics and schedules for more than 13 field teams across the country to keep every broadcast on time.
  • Coordinated reporters, crews and interviewees under live pressure, delivering content for top-rated shows.
